Nicole Carr is an Atlanta-based journalist and journalism professor at Morehouse College. Carr spent more than a decade as a television news reporter across the South where her investigations and live reporting earned four southeast regional Emmy awards. She also worked for ProPublica where her investigations largely focused on narratives at the intersection of race, democracy and public education.
